The problem

The ads were chasing clicks, not patients.

Like most ad accounts, this one was being graded on form fills — not on whether a lead ever walked in and paid. So the ads kept buying clicks that looked busy but rarely turned into real patients, and there was no way to tell the cheap-looking leads from the ones that actually booked. On top of that, the account had quietly stopped producing trackable results — booked outcomes had fallen by roughly 92% — and the outside agency couldn't say why. A paid-search channel that's a primary source of new patients was steadily wasting money on the wrong people.
